The Hampshire House

This National Heritage Grade II listed farm house thought to be built in the 1500s required a sensitive approach that took into consideration the heritage and unique quirk of this characterful house.

The existing garden was made up of varying level changes so the intention was to sensitively divide the garden up into tiered rooms enclosed in reclaimed brick walls; a rose garden and meadow, a topiary meadow, a gravel garden and a vegetable garden that led to the restored pond which was used historically for walking cattle through.
